Electronics Mechanic Section conducts Craft Instructor Training Scheme (CITS) course in which various trainees such as ITI, diploma and degree holders updates their knowledge and skills about Advanced electronics and Principle’s of teaching. In CITS course, various job oriented contents are available such as Fiber optics communications, solar power system, Domestic appliances; AC/Dc drives and motors, Electro pneumatics, Cell phones, and various types of TV etc.   For designing and testing of electronic circuits we have simulation software which is very effective for troubleshooting of circuits. This course is also effective for getting jobs in different Govt/PSU’s/Pvt. Organizations such as DRDO, ISRO, Ordinance factory, Railway, Metro etc. Trainees who are trained with this course gets job easily because now-a-days Skill test is an important test for jobs. Skilled trainer can set up their own business and own ITI’s with the help of government of India. CITS become mandatory for all states and central government instructor jobs. So this course is very essential for future instructor. In CITS Electronics mechanic section various equipments are available such as Fusion Splicing machine for Fiber Optics Cable, Optical Time Domain Reflectometer, Solar Panel with solar electricity generating system, TINA Simulation Software, LCD and LED trainer Kits, Servo motor with servo drive, UPS etc .are available to enhance the skills. Overall, this is the platform where learning and teaching both activities are done simultaneously.
