During the course a candidate is trained on subjects- Professional Skill, Professional Knowledge, Engineering Drawing, Workshop Science & Calculation and principles of teaching related to job role.

Various kinds of machining process skill & knowledge imparted during the course that makes a candidate self-dependant.

The practical skills are imparted in simple to complex manner & simultaneously theory subject is taught in the same fashion to apply cognitive knowledge while executing task.

Advance machining technology like computerised numerical control (CNC) covered as a part of syllabus.

All practices are done with emphasis on safety aspects and follow safety rules.

Project work and Extra Curricular Activities to build up confidence of candidate.

Teaching practiceusing techniques of imparting instructional skillshelps to understand human behaviour, Identify the Strength & Weaknesses of Trainees and learn techniques of handling in different situations.

Cultivates positive attitude towards embracing challenges, innovative methods and problem-solving nature in trainees through systematic approach of training.

Fosters a culture of reflectiveness, collaboration, continuous/self-learning and professionalism.

Develop understanding of diverse perspectives, high level of thinking, self –management & leadership skills.

The trade being relevant to sector of manufacturing have vast scope.Candidate Can join as an Instructor in a vocational training Institute/ technical Institute or as a supervisor in Industries or can go for self-employment.

  • Taloja Industries Association (TIA)having more than 973 large Scale Industries. Signed MoU on behalf of their association members with RDSDE Mumbai.  TIA an industry cluster comprising large, medium and small scale industries.  The association will co-ordinate with their industry member for placement of trainees for "On the Job Training"(OJT)/DST Mode as per trade relevancy.
